Tucked away in one of Southampton's most idyllic and peaceful beach communities is this charming 3-bedroom cottage with 4 full baths. Enjoy the magnificent westerly facing water views from nearly every room. A first floor guest bedroom and bath with two additional bedroom suites upstairs. The master suite has a balcony overlooking the yard and harbor. Private dock offers the use of a kayak and canoe. At the end of the street you will find one of the areas most beautiful public bay beaches.

Return boats to where you found them, the paddle boards on the sidewall of the shed and kayak & canoe on the lawn near the deck.
Return the bikes and any items used from the shed to their rightful place and lock the shed Please close all the water-side curtains and blinds to help keep the house cool for the next guest
If you had a pet stay with you, please pickup after the dog so that the next guest is not left with any surprises
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
