Holiday cottage located on a landscaped garden plot in a newer cottage area in scenic surroundings a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach. The house is tastefully furnished with all modern facilities and is ideal for several families. Bright kitchen combined with living room with a wood-burning stove. Large, secluded terrace.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus ist absolut nicht für 11 Personen geeignet, es gibt zu wenig anständige Schlafplätze. Das Haus wurde sehr schlecht gereinigt, daher mussten wir bei der Ankunft loslegen. Trockner ist nicht vorhanden, heißt es in der Beschreibung. Dass Sie danach bezahlen müssen, ist schockierend hoch und dann haben wir noch nicht einmal die Sauna und den Whirlpool benutzt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und nur wenige Gehminuten von einem Strand entfernt. Das Haus hat ein enormes Potenzial, aber jetzt fehlt echte Wartung.

Liebe Team, unser Ferienhaus war dermaßen dreckig, dass wir bei unserer Endreinigung heute wirklich schockiert waren. Wir haben das Haus quasi grundgereinigt, dafür müssten WIR eigentlich Geld fordern. Ich hoffe anderen Mietern geht es da anders. Unser Anspruch auf ein sauberes Haus, ist jedenfalls ein anderer.
