Wonderful condo in a wonderful location!

Great location and a wonderful beach spot for a small family! Two bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, patio with gas grill and deck overlooking the canal. Watch the sun set as the ships sail by. Five minute walk to beautiful, free, Lewes beach. Two minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and historic downtown Lewes. Public boat launch is around the corner and there is plenty of parking for your car and boat! One queen bed, one twin bed, one twin trundle, twin cot, and pull out full bed. Coin washer and dryer on the premises.

We absolutely love staying here! It's at least our 10th time, if not more. The location is close to everything in downtown Lewes and only about a five minute walk. It's beautifully furnished and extremely neat and clean. We love spending time on the outdoor patio. This is our home away from home in DE.

My sisters and I just completed our third annual stay. Great location. Suzanne has thought of everything you may need for outside fun from bikes to beach chairs. The inside does not disappoint with a nicely stocked kitchen and comfy interior. We always have a great stay.

Great location! Everything you need.

This is the second time that we stayed at this property. It is perfect for our family. You can walk to the beach and the kitchen has everything you need. There is even a gas grill and an outdoor eating area. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy apartment in great location

We love staying at this apartment in Lewes! The location can't be beat... walking distance to town/restaurants and a short drive or bike ride to Cape Henlopen State Park. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and Suzanne is a delight! We will definitely be back.

Suzanne's property is beautiful! We love the proximity to downtown Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park. It's very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoy sitting out on the outdoor patio. My husband loves that it's close to the trails where he rides his bike. It was, and is, always a pleasure to stay there!

My husband and I stayed here for the third time recently. Suzanne is a wonderful hostess. Her place is beautiful and it felt like our home away from home. This was our second time here. We love the location and that it's a quick walk to Lewes. It's beautifully decorated, neat, and very clean. Being able to watch the active osprey nest from the patio was wonderful! We look forward to returning again in the fall!
