To ensure a comfortable stay year-round, the home is equipped with a modern heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove, creating a warm atmosphere for up to four guests. The sleeping arrangements include two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is designed for modern convenience, featuring a shower cubicle and underfloor heating for added comfort. For entertainment and connectivity, the house includes a radio and TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare family meals while enjoying the coastal scenery. Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, which sits on a 958 m² garden plot just 200 meters from the water. Guests can relax on the covered terrace, light the garden grill, or take advantage of the private canoe and life jackets provided for exploring the fjord.
