A nice farmhouse on the outskirts of the community. The annex is newly built, tastefully decorated and fresh. You have your own part of the owner's large plot, beautifully nestled in greenery with berry bushes, large lawn and a small stream that ripples on the plot. Maybe you grill your freshly caught fish. Only 900 m to the river Viskan with good fishing opportunities. The house has a ground floor with modern kitchen with dining area. The daybed is easily converted into two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower. From the spacious terrace you have a wonderful view and can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. A spiral staircase leads you upstairs which has a double bed and a large sofa group. It is light and airy. Outside upstairs there is also a small seating area to use. There is also a modern TV with Chromecast. Wifi is free. Feel free to visit the Derome wood and nostalgia museum. In the nearby Lake Derome there is a small swimming area. Only a short drive away is Scandinavia's largest shopping center Gekås in Ullared. A short drive also takes you to the sea at Åskloster or to the pleasant summer town of Varberg. Make a visit to Åkulla beech forests, a fantastic area with lovely walking paths. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses in the area. The closest is Klosterfjordens Gk in Åskloster. The fisheries conservation area in Viskan, which you have access to, offers both spin fishing and fly fishing. There is good access to roach, salmon, perch etc. Viskan had the best salmon fishing out of all Halland's rivers in 2016. There are two barbecue areas, windbreaks, etc. In the area there are also several lakes with fishing opportunities. Fishing license required. There is also the opportunity for tour riding for children and adults in the area, take the opportunity to experience nature from the horseback on wonderful Icelandic horses.
