Charming Cottage in Peaceful Fjand-By Traum

This small cottage oozes charm outside as well as inside and is beautifully and peacefully located in Fjand. Inside there is a personal and cozy interior with lots of small details. The well-equipped kitchen is in open connection with the combined living and dining room, where it is also possible to bask by the gentle fire of the wood stove on a cold summer evening. In addition to TV and wireless internet, the cottage is also equipped with an energy-friendly air / air heat pump, which can heat the entire house. From the entrance hall there is access to the house's bathroom, which has underfloor heating, washing machine and dryer. And from the living room there is access to the house's two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The cottage's terrace is partially fenced, which provides a sheltered place to sit outside and enjoy the sun's rays. The house is surrounded by a lawn that invites to ball games and play. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Bis auf 2 Heizungen alle defekt. Gestellter Radiator führte zu 90 Euro Stromkosten für 6 Tage.

Keine Jalousien und Gardinen in einem Schlafraum und an der Haustür, defekte im Wohnraum. Man fühlte sich wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Die Düse des Staubsauger war kaputt. Heizung konnte trotz Mitarbeiter( nach 24 Stunden gänzlich ohne) bis auf eine im Wohnbereich und Bad nicht aktiviert werden, obwohl lt Anzeige eine Energieeffiziente vorhanden sei. Ein gestellter Radiator verbrauchte Unmengen Strom, deshalb trauten wir uns nicht, diesen oft zu nutzen. 90 Euro in 6 Tagen an Stromkosten sind trotzdem angefallen. Wir reisten 1 Tag früher ab wegen Erkältungserscheinungen. Wir hatten ein 6jähriges Kind dabei, das ebenfalls ständig fror. Es war alles klamm und feucht. Wir erwarten hier auch ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen. Das haben wir dem Center bereits mitgeteilt. Das Haus steht zum Verkauf und es macht den Eindruck, daß sich keiner mehr um Fehlerbehebung kümmert. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und für Kinder gibt es schöne Spielplätze

Das große Bett, das gemütliche Wohnzimmer, alles war da, bis auf die Box zum Empfang über die Schüssel, die haben wir zum Glück auch nicht gebraucht, wir haben über das Internet auf unseren Computer geschaut, aber da stand da ein Schrank!? Das Schloss der Haustür war nicht gerade in gutem Zustand, man musste sehr kräftig daran ziehen und zuschlagen, um die Tür zu öffnen/schließen. Leider gab es auch viel Ärger mit Ameisen, im Haus gab es nichts, was sie verhindern konnte , also haben wir Backpulver gestreut und ein Spray gekauft, aber es war nicht einfach, die Dinge unter Kontrolle zu halten, aber alles in allem ein tolles Haus, tolle Lage, sehr großer Platz und schöne Umgebung, es ist allerdings auch sehr gut mit Kindern Nichts für den Ort, an dem Kinder sind,
