This cottage in Teglgårdsparken is a good choice if you are looking for a spacious cottage with a nice atmosphere. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms and an open kitchen in connection with the living room. The house is continuously renovated and appears bright. There is a large terrace where the sun can be enjoyed or a good barbecue evening. The cottage is located on a plot of 1100 m2, part of which is fenced so the dog can run free. There is sandbox and swings. In the cottage area there is a large communal, outdoor swimming pool, which is open in the period May to September, there is also a really large and nice playground for both large and small. There is a fishing right to the nearby Gudenå (remember fishing license). Not for rent to youth groups and craftsmen. Teglgårdsparken: The swimming pool is now open, however, the changing rooms and shower facilities cannot be used due to Corona rules.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
