There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom has a walking in shower, wash hand basin and toilet.

There is an underground parking space accessed with a remote control fob on request.

The complex is gated and has a 24hr a day security staff onsite.

You will find a variety of restaurants including an Italian, Indian and snack bar. There is also an ice cream parlour and tapas bar that open seasonally.

Beaches of the Mar Menor (little sea), Mediterranean and Marinas are 10-15 minutes away as is Murcia Corvera airport. Alicante airport is also just 1hr away. La Torre has great motorway links and a train station located in the local town of Balsicas with a direct link to the historical and beautiful cities such as Cartagena o Murcia.
