Enchanting country house - RELAX - Close to Rome

COVID-19 - following the centre for disease control and prevention (CDC) guidelines, the whole apartment has been sanitised with CLOROX, LYSOL.

Tenuta Capizucchi is situated in an archaeological park. It has private gardens with swimming pool and is within 30 mins to the centre of Rome by car and about 20 mins from the airports. It can accommodate up to 29 people; fitted with 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. All apartments have fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living area. Parking Available.

This wonderful property is the perfect match for groups up to 27 people. It has separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. It's a great choice for a get-together as the property will be reserved for your group and you will have exclusive access to the gardens and the swimming pool. All the apartments have separate bedrooms, bathrooms and sofas that can be converted into beds. All apartments benefit from a living room with access to the gardens which are all equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, parasol and sunbeds. Each apartment comes with a SMART TV and WiFi and a lovely fireplace. Travel cots, high chairs, pick up service or any other requirements can be arranged beforehand upon request. Parking spaces are available.

- Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.

- You may use the swimming pool from May to September, according to weather conditions.

- Please note that, in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time for the preparation; you will still be able to drop your luggage at your convenience.
