The view of the pantheon was great and well located easy to go everywhere. Communication was great, host kept on checking to make sure we did not have any questions about the location and city.
We had a great stay at this apartment. Great location and communication from the host. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area. We hope to stay here again!
My partner and I had a great stay here. The view was amazing and unique. There was air conditioning that worked well enough and the place was spacious and had what we needed. The elevator in the building was a nice touch to avoid dragging heavy luggage up and down stairs. Would stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay in Rome at Rotonda 23. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to so much. A taxi stand right out the front door was very handy. The view out the window of the Pantheon was extremely cool. The place was clean, and the queen bed very comfortable. It is small, especially the shower, and decor is not much to look at. I would book here again for sure, and hope to.
What a wonderful stay we had! This home is well equipped, clean, spacious and the location can't be beat! Owners are easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend!
Ancient building with all of the modern needs met. Loved looking out the window at the Pantheon Porch and piazza. Great location with lots of places to eat and see. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. If we had any questions I sent a message and it was answered right away. It is right next to the Pantheon and there are restaurants and shopping all around the area. We were able to walk to almost all of the main sights. There are taxi’s right outside.
This place is in a prime location, just steps from the Pantheon! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the end of October before going on a transatlantic cruise. We were within walking distance to everything—food, groceries, shopping, sites. The place is small, but charming and very clean, and was perfect for us. It’s exactly as pictured and advertised. Our host, Andrea, was amazing! He was quick to respond to a few local inquiries I had and even reached out to us during our stay to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place and host!
When the write up says at the Pantheon it means it. We were directly across the street from the pantheon. Our host was always accessible and checking to see if everything was ok and to see if we needed anything. I would stay here again.
We loved our stay! This was a fun rental in a really unique building. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and come back to rest during the hottest part of the day. It really is RIGHT next to the pantheon. Our check in process was easy. We took a train and bus from the airport to get to the rental. When we left we just grabbed one of the many taxis parked by the pantheon.
Enjoyed our stay in this great little spot right next to the Pantheon. Our Host was very helpful. Andrea was there to greet us at check in and gave us tips on the area and made the check in and check out process very easy. The elevator was very convenient for our luggage. As you walk out the main entrance you are immediately on Piazza della Rotonda with Pantheon right in front of you. Excellent spot in the centre of it all. Enjoy..!!
The location was easy to find and Patrick was great to work with. He initiated communication before our trip and kept in contact with us throughout the check-in process. The only strain we had was finding a location to house our luggage prior to check-in which we were able to do at the Rome Termini. The property is also perfectly located to walk to the Pantheon as well as the Trevi Fountain. Overall, this was a great experience and we would stay here again!

Dear Jim, I'm sorry to contradict you, but the problem is that your wife wanted to celebrate your anniversary in a hotel, not a vacation rental. During check-in, her disappointment with you for not choosing a hotel was evident. In fact, she thanked us and, before leaving, asked if we knew of a nearby hotel. Therefore, I don't think it's fair to try to shirk your responsibility by making false claims about the property, especially since the property is exactly as it appears in the photos. This is also confirmed by the reviews of all previous guests.
Soul-stirring view of the Pantheon wall from your bed!
If you love the Pantheon as much as we do, this comfortable little apartment is the perfect choice. It contains everything you will need for a great stay: comfy bed and linens, basic kitchen and bathroom supplies and of course a view of the Pantheon that cannot be beat. You can even see the side wall from the bed! On the same street, you will also find a great restaurant (DiRienzo's) and a cute little pastry/coffee shop.We appreciated Patrick and Andrea's orientation to the property, helpful tourist tips and fast response to the one question that we had. We will definitely stay hear again when we return to Rome.

Can’t Beat Location
Booked this place for location. And for that it did not disappoint. The place itself was clean but felt run down. The couch was broken and had no back legs. The bathroom was very tiny and at times difficult to use. But suspect this may be an issue with older buildings in Rome. The host was quick to respond and friendly. Allowed a delayed check out. But you cannot beat the location. The building outside the apartment is charming and historic.

Thanks for reporting the sofa leg. It was probably broken by previous guests and they didn't say anything. We repaired the damage after your report. If you had told us during your stay we would have intervened immediately since you verified our maximum availability. The dimensions of the bathroom are those you see in the photos and the historic buildings in the center of Rome, with their ancient charm, can have limitations. Thank you for your staying
Fantastic location. Literally steps from the Pantheon right out the front door. That being said, we were there in July and it was HOT. The AC couldn't keep up (just a window unit) so it was hotter inside the flat than it was outside. It was miserably hot during the day and uncomfortable enough during the night that no one could sleep in dripping sweat. We dreaded going back to the flat. The bathroom is also extremely small. couldn't stand up in the shower and hit my head numerous times entering and exiting the bathroom (I'm 5'11"). So while the location is great, the experience was not. We left a day earlier than booked as it was just too hot to deal with on vacation.

Dear Guest, I'm sorry you bumped your head several times. Perhaps it would have been enough to bend down... I don't see any direct responsibility for the height of the bathroom door. It's a historic building and is subject to conservation restrictions. It's true that it was excessively hot those days compared to the usual temperatures for the season, but in addition to the air conditioner, my collaborator also brought you a cooler, and you said you were fine. It also seems paradoxical to me that you wrote that it wasn't a good experience, while you told my colleague that you would return by booking directly with us...
