We are a few minutes' walk from the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. This apartment called Longhi Holidays House is in fact in the picturesque and lively district close to the Vatican, dropped in a typically Roman. Longhi Holidays House is on the second floor of a quiet building with 5 floors, on a quiet street with no traffic. Measuring 60 square meters, has just been renovated and tastefully decorated and can accommodate up to 4 PEOPLE. The windows in every room and 3 exposures make it particularly bright natural light, and very windy especially in the summer. Perfect for holidays and for business trips: good for groups of friends, ideal for couples, excellent for families. Prices vary according to season and number of guests, night for 2 people 85 €, 105 € night 125 € for 3 people and night for 4 people. You will be greeted with a 'Welcome Kit' Composed of mineral water, fruit juice and bottle of Prosecco. Times of arrival and departure can be arranged according to your needs. Longhi Holidays House offers a bedroom with a wardrobe and a double bed, a living room with sofa that converts into a double bed, table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen. It also offers all the comforts and amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, electric oven, Wi-Fi, fridge freezer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, etc..

Great place to enjoy Rome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe's apartment. It was just as expected from the pictures. The apartment is very convenient to the public transportation or a reasonable walk to the Vatican. We would definitely stay at Giuseppe's apartment if we get back to Rome in the future.

I loved this apartment. Perfect for one or two people. A small galley kitchen with small dishwasher, and washing machine for clothes. Good bathroom. The balcony faces a small forest, so you wake up to the sound of birdsong. Ten minute walk to the metro, a 35 minute walk to the Vatican abd the river. Loved my time there.

A very nice apartment, well equipped, it has all the comfort where you can feel at home. It is well placed with access to subway and bus and you can even walk to Vatican in case of a strike. Giuseppe is very helpful and eager to help you with everything.

Appartamento meraviglioso,..ottima posizione!

l'appartamento è bellissimo; pulitissimo, curato e con gli spazi giusti (noi eravamo in quattro con due bambine). Inoltre è in un'ottima posizione, ben collegato con bus e metropolitana e nello stesso tempo la zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. La descrizione del sito è assolutamente realistica. da tornarci!

Appartamento assolutamento consigliatissimo! Pulito, curato e dotato di tutti i confort necessari. La posizione è perfetta, ottimamente collegato con bus e metro e nello stesso tempo molto silenzioso. E' stata una vacanza indimenticabile!

Rome Review

The apartment was GREAT! It was clean, looked like the ads and had everything we needed. It was close to buses and not too bad a walk to metro (but buses were much easier to access). We could walk easily to groceries and stuff. It is a residential area, very quiet during the day and at night. We found Joseph to be a great host, he was very helpful and when we had an issue (the power went out once), he was very quick to respond / help us--we even checked in early without incident. We would stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great apartment with a very nice ambiance!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is spacious and very clean. This house has a nice ambiance in a good neighborhood, close to the city centre. The subscription online represented the outcome. I will recommend this apartment. We had a very welcoming arrival by the owners. Thanks a lot!

Ottima soluzione, nel centro di Roma

Ho trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabili con i miei amici in questo appartamento nel cuore di Roma. Vicinissima al centro storico, che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi, la casa vacanza è anche ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici: l’ideale per rientrare comodamente dopo le lunghe giornate da turisti! L’appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, arredato di tutto punto con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, dai supermercati ai ristoranti. Invogliati anche dalla cucina completamente attrezzata, a pochi passi da casa abbiamo infatti trovato tutto il necessario per improvvisare una cena alla romana. Il gestore, Giuseppe, è stato molto gentile e disponibile, dandoci informazioni preziose per il nostro girovagare alla scoperta della città. Un’esperienza piacevole da ripetere: speriamo presto!

Casa molto accogliente, situata in ottima zona

Immobile pulito ed in ottimo stato, il Signor Giuseppe molto garbato e disponibilissimo, appartamento perfetto per 4 persone, con tutti i confort e gli accessori, ben servito dai collegamenti cittadini, unico neo per chi si reca in auto a Roma, il parcheggio è pressocchè inesistente, molto difficile trovarlo, plausibile vista la zona centrale. Per il resto, CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

Delizioso Appartamento vicino al Vaticano

Siamo stati veramente bene e la casa ha tutti i confort che ci avevano promesso e che servono per soggiornare piacevolmente. Effettivamente, come descritto l'appartamento dista a pochi minuti da San Pietro e dal Centro di Roma.La zona e' veramente tranquilla e poiche' la casa affaccia su di una strada privata, non ci sono rumori fastidiosi. Ringraziamo i Proprietari per la loro affettuosa accoglienza e speriamo di fare presto un altro viaggio a Roma ...c'e' così tanto da vedere e sicuramente li contatteremo per un ulteriore soggiorno

Io e la mia compagna, abbiamo soggiornato di recente in questo appartamento e siamo stati molto bene. La descrizione corrisponde alla realtà, non mancava nessuna comodità. Il preprietario è una persona molto disponibile e gentile. Nel quartiere si trova di tutto, supermarket, pizzerie, ristoranti, MacDonald, taxi, Buus, Metro. Ci si muove bene con Bus e Metro. Casa vacanze fornita di tutti i confort

Ho soggiornato in questa casa vacanze con mia moglie e i miei due figli. L'appartamento era stato da poco ristrutturato e tutto era pulito. Fornito di tutte le comodità, attrezzato di tutto punto. La fermata della metropolitana è a pochi minuti a piedi, così come la fermata di numerosi autobus. Nel raggio di 50 metri si trova di tutto, ristoranti, supermercati, pizzerie, taxi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e professionale e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.
