Villa with 2 bedrooms and patio by AlgarveManta (8V2)

V2 Two-Story House located in the quiet Montesol urbanization, in Manta Rota, about 1200–1500 meters from the beach (approximately 15 minutes on foot). Ideal for family vacations, couples, or small groups up to 4 people.

On the ground floor, the house has an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (combined refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher), a comfortable and bright living/dining room, and a guest bathroom. Outside, there is a pleasant west-facing backyard, with garden, barbecue, outdoor sink, outdoor shower, table and chairs — perfect for outdoor meals and moments of socializing in the Algarve sun.

On the first floor, there are two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, one of which has an east-facing balcony. There is also a family bathroom with a bathtub.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area, ensuring greater comfort. It also includes free Wi-Fi, television, and private parking within the gate for one vehicle, as well as easy street parking.

Located near cafés, restaurants, supermarket, and ATM, the property also offers easy access to golf courses.

One pet is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside and youth groups are not accepted.

An excellent option for those seeking tranquility, proximity to the beach, and all the amenities for a comfortable stay in the Algarve.

Well equipped kitchen

It s was a pleasure to stay here.its a nice walk down to the sea and we enjoyed our swims every day. The back patio garden was great with the bbq and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.

No geral era muito boa, tinha tudo o que precisávamos e a cozinha está muito bem equipada. A localização é óptima O colchão da cama de casal é bastante desconfortável, felizmente havia a opção de ir para o outro quarto

Boa Casa, mas um pouco longe da praia

A estadia decorreu sem precalços. A casa correspondo ao anúncio. A única coisa que eu acrescentaria seria ter umas boas cadeiras de relax no pátio. A distância à praia é andável, mas um pouco longe. De qualquer forma como gostamos de andar, iamos todos os dias à praia duas vezes a pé. É um bom exercício.
