Just a few sandy footsteps to the beach. Enjoy the beautiful view from our 2nd floor balcony. 1 assigned space + overflow parking. Updated bathrooms, new kitchen, c/a, washer/dryer, d/w, cable and free wifi. Outdoor shower. Non smoking. No pets. Quiet northern, less crowded part of the island. Easy access to North End Park for fishing, crabbing, jogging paths, kiddie playground and ball parks just across the street. 17 miles south of tax free Rehoboth Outlet shopping. Close to lots of restaurants and mini golf courses, movie theaters and public transportation. Ideal for families. No senior week rentals please. Family friendly 6 unit building.

We bought our vacation home just before we had grandchildren. When they arrived shortly thereafter we have loved spending time with them on the beach, on the bay, on the boardwalk and the amusement pier. We hope you can make some wonderful family memories too!

We chose this property for it's quiet location on the north end and the fact that it was a small building with like-minded, friendly neighbors. Not to mention the view!
