Front balcony for this 2nd floor condo has ocean views and is covered. Back balcony is open with a view of private yard and where our FREE private parking is located. Table on back balcony for dining "al fresco".

Super easy walking distance to popular foodie faves too. Park your car and not have to get in it again. Bus stop nearby, easy walk. Bus runs 24/7 every 5-10 minutes, cost is just $3, must be cash and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to just keep the little ticket the driver can give you when you depart. Such as deal!

Great location, spacious and comfortable

We stayed in this condo for Labor Day weekend, and it was wonderful. The check in process was easy and Marcy was very helpful. There was plenty of space for our family of 3 adults and two teenagers and recent upgrades were noticeable. You can see the ocean and the bay from the front deck and we got some awesome photos of the full moon on the water. Overall it was an excellent stay.

As described

The location was amazing as it was a mere short walk to the beach. It was a quiet neighborhood, which was close to everything without all of the chaos of the boardwalk. The condo had amazing space and the property manager was very attentive in all aspects. I would definitely recommend and will be using the same host in the future.

Long weekend OC getaway

What a great long weekend at this condo! The pictures don’t do this lovely place justice. It’s very spacious! We have a large family and this was beyond perfect! Marcy was incredibly helpful, sweet, and timely with her communication. We will absolutely be renting this gem again.

Absolutely Beautiful Home! Very spacious! Had a family of 7 and still had plenty of room and extra beds left! We did have a baby with us.There was plenty of room for him to play and set up our mobile playpen. Everything you have in your home was included- minus linen and toiletry. ( We were informed early enough there was no highchair, so we were able to bring a small portable highchair.) 5 Houses down from beach entrance and only about a 7 minute drive to boardwalk. Was populated but not congested like boardwalk beach area. Tons of restaurants near by. Property owners were wonderful. We were able to check-in 4 hours early. Our family cannot wait to go back again! Thanks for the wonderful experience!!

Top Tier Vacation Home

I cannot say enough about this home in the same block as the beach. Ms. Marcy takes pride in her property. I traveled with my family, this is our second year staying at this property. When we come to Ocean City we don't want to stay anywhere else. We are already making plans for next year!
