About this property

Are you looking for a house to spend your holidays in with your family? Our house is perfect. It's located on a hill in a quiet rural area, but very close to all facilities in town. With a swimming pool, wide flat land, children’s playground, amazing views of mountains, these are just a few reasons as to why our house is perfect for your holiday.

Our land has more than 20.000ft² , where all facilities are located in a completely flat land surface

T̲h̲e̲ H̲o̲u̲s̲e̲

It has 1500ft² on one floor with three rooms: one with a double bed and two with two double beds each.

A large, very bright living room with direct access to a large porch. The living room has a fireplace, Smart TV and a giant blackboard wall.

Our house has central heating and air conditioning in the main room and the living room.

O̲u̲t̲s̲i̲d̲e̲

• Salt swimming pool (26ftx13ft) recently constructed (december 2021) with 5'2 at its deepest point. Our pool has big steps, which makes access simple.

• Barbacue Area. A big barbacue next to the swimming pool made with large stones from our land with a worktop and a sink.

• Playground area, where the kids can play with toys, bikes, books, balls, motorbikes and so on.

• Porch. A very wide porch where our guests will be able to enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and the countryside, with direct conection to the living room and swimming pool.

• A small garden with vegetation.

Supermarkets (Aldi - Mercadona - Lidl) are located less than 3km away from the house. There is a small grocery shop less than 1km away.

Alhaurín de la Torre has 40.000 inhabitants and is less than 3 minutes by car from our house, where you are able to find everything you might need.

In a radius of 10 miles, you can go to Málaga City, Málaga Aiport, Torremolinos, Benalmádena, Plaza Mayor (huge open air shopping center) beaches, etc.

The owners live in the same street, so that we can personally check in and provide you with all you need to have an amazing holiday. For any doubts or questions, we will be at your total disposition.

Peaceful house close to Málaga

A very nice house in a quiet area close to Málaga. A beautiful garden with a breathtaking view on the valley and several places in the shade that can be enjoyed at different time of the day. A large swimming-pool for kids and adults. Everything is perfect thanks to Alejandro and his family.
