The living room is cosy and has air conditioning and heating to ensure your comfort in any season. Additionally, you can relax watching your favourite series with Netflix connection and satellite television in English 📺🍿.



In the exterior, the estate stands out for its beautiful flower garden and a terrace equipped with tables, chairs and loungers, ideal for enjoying the sun, tranquility and the private swimming pool 🏊‍♂️🌺. The plot is fenced for greater privacy and security. It also has a fireplace to create a warm atmosphere on cool nights.
