October 2023 Stay

This property is located off the beaten path; but still very close to all attractions. The Hop-on bus as a stop right around the corner which was very convenient on a rainy day. This property is well stocked with kitchen needs and the washing machine is a huge plus. Management answered all questions very quickly. This condo is listed for up to 4 people, however, I would have to disagree; as it is perfect for up to two people. Four would be a little crowded.

This rental has potential. Location is great and so is the fact it has a large outside patio. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.But its a studio, not a one bedroom as indicated in posting. The pictures are old and don't reflect present condition. I'd not rent again unless a number of things are addressed. It needs a lot of TLC. A extra detailed cleaning, especially the bathroom. Looks like black mold around bath tub. Cabinets with no handles/knobs. One usable cup...another without a handle. No cushions on outside loungers. Cushions on outside chairs don't provide any cushion. Outside patio needs care. Stains on fence/wall that make it look dingy. There is very little to no space to store suitcases or deal with clothes and toiletries.This could be a nice small studio to rent. But work needs to be done
