Beautiful studio in the heart of Triana, which is the most emblematic neighborhood of Seville, cradle of artists and bullfighters. Walking through its countless streets, full of flowers and smelling of orange blossom is an experience.
Visiting Seville at any time of the year will be a great satisfaction, where you can enjoy its history through its monuments, such as the Cathedral and its Giralda, the Plaza de España or the Alcazar. The studio is surrounded by a large number of services such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarkets, coffee shops ... A step away from the subway, with which you will arrive in a few minutes to the historic center of the city, or if you prefer, you can take a short walk along the avenue and the bridge, thus contemplating one of the most beautiful prints of Seville having a on the side of the district of Triana and on the other the historical center of the city chaired by the Torrel del Oro at the foot of the Guadalquivir.

Great stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was perfect for us (a little more on the firm side). Our host was very responsive and friendly. Great water pressure and nice hot shower. We’d be happy to stay here again

We chose Triana because we had heard it was quiet and there would be less tourists than staying across the river near the Cathedral. It was our first visit to Sevilla and as the taxi drove us over the bridge and away from the downtown we thought maybe this was a mistake. We thought we had a nice room from the pictures but it was not just nice . It was considered. Our host provided so many little things that just made our stay easier. Laundry soap and shampoo. Laundry drying rack and iron and ironing table. It was very clean and we loved how much space there was in the shower after the tiny one we had just left in Granada .It was a GREAT location! Lots of bars and restaurants and Ceramic tile shops and the food market by the river was a really fantastic. Being across the river meant crossing the bridges and crossing the bridges means you get to see the views. Our trip to Seville was all walkable . Walking from our place in Triana was so easy and we saw so much more of Sevilla by making that decision. I highly recommend it as place to choose if you’re interested in experiencing the people of Seville and their every day life. Our host was so nice and lovely and so many questions. We cannot thank her enough!!🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊

I would highly recommend including the actual address of the unit because I had difficulty locating the unit with my uber driver.

Appartement loué avec amour

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé; couteaux bien aiguisés, crochets partout, serviettes, savons, nombreuses prises électriques, suffisamment de tablettes, ce qui fait que nous n'avions pas l'impression de vivre dans nos valises. L'appartement est vraiment tranquille et le lit est super confortable. La communication avec la propriétaire est très facile et elle donne de bonnes suggestions. Cela n'est pas mis en évidence sur les photos mais il y a trois fenêtres, un bon espace de rangement et l'appartement a sa propre entrée au niveau du sol. Seul désavantage; l'hiver l'appartement est très humide et les vêtements sèchent très lentement. Triana est super.

Ideal to relax after sightseeing

I really enjoyed staying in that apartament. You can relax in the centre of Seville after sightseeing, you can even hear the birds singing. The owners are very friendly and will help you if you need it. I hope to come back soon!

Conocer a Maria fue una suerte, pero estar en su estudio aún más, todo un lujo, nos sentirnos como en casa (o aun mejor). Cuenta con todo lo que se necesita y además desde el primer momento que hicimos la reserva Maria estuvo dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo momento. Si quieres sentirte como en casa, este es tu alojamiento

Un estudio perfecto para 2 o 3 personas en una zona tranquila de Triana. A 10 minutos andando del puente de Triana y del centro. Tiene absolutamente todas las comodidades que necesitas y los caseros, dos pedazo de personas que me trataron como en casa. Cuando vuelva repetiré seguro allí.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas y ademas detalles sin fin, la dueña es encantadora, nos ha ayudado mucho para poder ver lo mas importante de Sevilla, donde comer, etc hasta nos busco un sarao flamenco, es super amable. Si volvemos seguro que nos alojaremos aqui, lo recomiendo al 100%.
