Nice well located place

The apartment is well located in Rome, with a walking distance to major sights, restraints, stores and the train station. It was clean and quite, worked perfectly for our family of 4 for few days stay in Rome.

Great propert, very clean and centrally located, most of the tourist sites are a 10-15minute walk, perfect place for a solo traveler. Only complaint is it was kind of cold inside the apartment and there is only a small heater, but it shouldnt be a problem in the warmer months. I would definitely stay here again!

Check in is difficult, they want you to download another APP. they say to let them know off any issues as soon as possible, so i did within one hour of check in but never heard back. the issue was the fridge door would not close so our food did not stay cold. Also, the hide a bed was the worst we have ever tried to sleep on. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The toilet needed a lot of flushing to get at the waste down using so much water, very wasteful. the apartment could have been dusted a lot better. The shower is so small, anyone over 90 kg cannot even use it.

Odd checkin

Checkin was quite difficult without WiFi or data and there was no person to actually meet. You have to make the standard tax payment online when you arrive which I felt was uncomfortable. The WiFi in the room was awful. It was small.

Nice location, tight for 4 adults and limited communication with host

We appreciated the location of this apartment. Walking distance from Roma Termini and decent access to major tourist spots. Our communication with the host was challenging. Reached out several times without a response leading up to our arrival which was very stressful. The apartment is small and if you need two beds, there is no shared social space unless you sit on a bed. And the apartment did not stock extra toilet paper. Overall the location was great and it worked, but would not stay there again.
