Fabulous seventh floor, three bedrooms, two terraces and spectacular views!
LES MOTES consists of two high-rise construction blocks with a seven-storey lift, located in the central and commercial area of Xeraco beach, at Avinguda dels Borrons No. 4. A quiet area with little traffic, which ensures disconnection and rest. It offers a beautiful kidney-shaped pool with Venetian stairs and an adjacent and delimited children's pool, as well as landscaped areas. It is just fifty metres from the fine sandy beach.
Beautiful apartment, very well-maintained, with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, additional toilet, independent kitchen with exit to a north-facing terrace/laundry room with 180º panoramic views of the sea and mountain. Cosy living-dining room with exit to a south-facing terrace with awning and fabulous views of the sea and mountain. Also views of the pool and common areas. Includes covered parking space. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. A pressure cooker, blender, or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountain and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
