Paradise for families with children. Well-kept villa, 2018 pool and 2021 bathroom and outdoor area completely renovated, large parking space on fenced property with 660 sqm, private pool 8 x 4 m, stair entrance, deepest point 2 m. Outdoor shower w/c. Spacious living and separate dining area (SAT TV), 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 shower room/toilet and 1 bathtub/toilet/bidet on the ground floor, additional separate bedroom with double bed, shower room/toilet, terrace and wonderful panoramic view on the 1st floor via external stairs reachable. All plastic windows with fly screens and roller shutters.
Infrared heating completely on the ground floor, fireplace with pellets available, fitted kitchen, electric stove with ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, microwave and exit to the pool, terrace with 6 loungers, seating area and grill, washing machine, tumble dryer in the outdoor area. The villa is just a few minutes' walk from the kilometer-long fine-grained sandy beach between Oliva and Denia with a beautiful marina and is approx. 100 km from Valencia and Alicante. Many shops, bars, restaurants, 2 golf courses, tennis courts, several weekly markets in the immediate vicinity. Refundable deposit €200, final cleaning with laundry service €170, €0.30 per KW (100 KW per week) see additional information. One of the nicer villas we have stayed in, excellently equipped and very pleasant decor. The garden in particular was quite lush and relaxing, with plenty of clean modern loungers. Close to the beach and several restuarants, however many were closed at times, perhaps because we were late in the season. Great gas BBQ and good areas of both sun and shade. There was an allowance of 100kwh electricity per week, which is pretty easy to exceed even without turning on the aircon.

Wir können das Haus für diese Jahreszeit leider nicht empfehlen. Die veranschlagte Strompauschale von 100KW in der Woche reicht bei Weitem nicht aus, um die Temperatur im Haus einigermaßen wohnlich zu gestalten. Das Haus hat drei Stromzähler und der Strombedarf betrug für 11 Nächte 480 KW Stunden! Letztendlich konnten wir nur den Wohn- und Küchenbereich wirklich nutzen, da dort ein Pelletofen zur Verfügung stand. Die restlichen Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren trotz des extrem hohen Stromverbrauchs sehr kalt(15 Grad). Die Sitzmöbel(Couch und Sessel) im Wohnzimmer sind bereits sehr durchgesessen und die Matratzen in einem der Schlafzimmer waren leider auch schon sehr durchgelegen. Der Esstisch im Wohnbereich reicht lediglich für 4 Personen. Der Tisch im Wintergarten ist zu dieser Jahreszeit aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzbar. Das Haus inkl. Außenbereich(Garten Pool) ist grundsätzlich schön angelegt und der Strand fußläufig erreichbar.

In der Villa Eva gibt es zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten, um es warm zu haben. Pellets und Gas für die Gasheizung werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Zusätzlich sorgen Infrarotpaneele und Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer für angenehme Wärme. Selbstverständlich verbrauchen Sie viel Strom, wenn Sie nicht da sind und Licht und Heizung eingeschaltet lassen. 480 kWh verbraucht - 200 kWh inklusive = 280 kWh extra verbraucht x 0,30 €. Die zusätzlichen Stromkosten können niedriger sein. wenn die Mieter Strom energiebewusst nutzen und die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Ressourcen in Anspruch nehmen. Schade, dass Sie die Villa Eva nicht wie vereinbart im ordnungsgemäßen Zustand hinterlassen haben.

La casa bien en todos los aspectos por su limpieza y comodidad, aunque los 3 primeros días salían cucarachas enormes en cocina y habitaciones. La gran decepción vino a la salida cuando nos cobraron 80 euros por pasar de 100 kw/h que ya dicen que si pasábamos nos iban a cobrar, pero no esa barbaridad, porque yo eso pago en mi casa por 2 meses y aquí lo han cobrado por una semana. Sólo puse la lavadora un día, lavavajillas otro día, ni horno ni nada, la televisión y el aire acondicionado de salón y de nuestro dormitorio porque no se podía estar de calor. Seguimos sin entender semejante barbaridad.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben unsere Ferien 2 Wochen in der Villa Eva genossen! Es war alles da was man braucht um sich gleich wohlzufühlen. Der Manager vor Ort war sehr hilsfbereit und es war alles in einem tadellosen und gut unterhaltenen Zustand. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle semaine de vacances en famille

Très belle maison, extrêmement bien équipée, et bien organisée, correspondant parfaitement à l’annonce et aux photos. La proximité de la plage, permettant de s’y rendre à pied est très appréciable. La communication avec les propriétaires était agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Tolles Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin im Vorfeld und auch mir der Verwaltung vor Ort lief einwandfrei. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Perfekt ist natürlich der überdachte Außenbereich mit Kühlschrank. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Dieser ist sehr weitläufig und schön Wir hatten uns etwas mehr "Leben" erhofft bzw. Mehr Restaurants in der Umgebung. Man braucht für alles ein Auto. Was grundsätzlich kein Problem war. Das Haus können wir guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Man kann sich nur wohlfühlen

Lovely Stay

This is a very well-equipped, spacious villa within nearby driving distance of Oliva and Denia and several other towns and villages. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was immaculately clean on arrival. The pool was a joy and there a number of 'sitting out' options. Six sun-loungers are provided. We felt very much 'at home'. The fourth bedrrom with en-suite bathroom is accesssed via an external staircase (see photo in the listing). Great views from this bedroom - my son loved it! The nearest beach is about ten minutes walk away. We enjoyed using the excellent gas barbecue and found a very good restaurant nearby, also about 10 minutes walk away: ("IL FRATELLI.") Several of the local restaurants are only open at lunchtimes (in June anyway). The WiFi wasn't very strong and often 'dropped out' - but then there were 5 of us using it at once and perhaps expecting it to work outside the house was unrealistic! One thing to note, on arrrival a cash deposit is required - the details are in the letting contract, which is in German, but you can use Google translate if you don't understand the language. This is returned at the end of the stay MINUS an obligatory cleaning fee and any additional electricity costs. Some electricity was free and in fact we were not charged a large sum for our 9 days, which, considering our use (Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher etc several times) seemed very reasonable. Notices around the house are in German, but (again) you can always use Google translate if puzzled! All In all, we had a thoroughly good time and it was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We're missing it already!

Chalet muy recomendable para ir en familia

Resumiendo nuestra experiencia.... nos hemos alojado una familia de 4 adultos con 2 niños pequeños y uno de los puntos a destacar es que limitarles el acceso a la piscina a los niños, era muy cómodo porque la vivienda tiene rejas con llave en las puertas interiores, por lo que los niños no podían escaparse al jardín y caer en la piscina. Todos hemos quedado muy contentos por el equipamiento de la casa, el mobiliario, la amplitud, distribución, etc. La propietaria ha sido muy amable, y nos ha proporcionado una cuna, dejándonos también elejir las habitaciones a ocupar. La distancia a la playa, aunque no está al lado de la vivienda, es un paseo de unos 5 minutos. El único punto negativo diría que es la persona que tienen encargada de la piscina. Espero que sea una situación temporal.

La propiedad está muy bien cuidada, al alojamiento no le falta de nada, la cocina totalmente equipada, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, todo tipo de menaje, y cuberteria y vajilla de sobra!!! Por la cocina y en la casa te encuentras diferentes etiquetas en alemán, esto nos resultó muy gracioso la verdad aunque las normas de la casa creo que deberían estar en más idiomas. La piscina ideal! Por la mañana y hasta media tarde tiene sol así que el agua tiene una buena temperatura todo el día. Los diferente porches con sus respectivas mesas son perfectos para desayunar en el interior sin sol, comer en el exterior cubierto a la sombra y poder cenar a la fresca en la mesa exterior tal y como sales de la cocina. El mobiliario del comedor aunque sea de mimbre es cómodo ya que cuenta con infinidad de cojines de diferentes tamaños. Las habitaciones son amplias y todas tienen amplios armarios empotrados. Eso si, hay que tener en cuenta que sin hacer abuso de la electricidad más que para cocinar en vitro, utilizar un par de veces el horno, utilizar el lavavajillas ciclo rápido diariamente, utilizar un par de noches un rato el aire acondicionado para refrescar las habitaciones, poner la lavadora 2 veces y cargar los móviles y ver la tv (poco por eso), pues te pasas de los 100kw semanales que entran con el alquiler! Por 56 kw de más pues pagamos 14€ pero bueno eso no quita que la estancia en esta propiedad es perfecta, quizás la propietaria debería plantearse subir a 150kw la semana! (aquí dejo la sugerencia 😉). Dentro de la propiedad se pueden aparcar 2 coches sin problemas. La playa esta cerca andando a unos 500 m aproximadamente, se puede realizar sin problemas cargando con las cosas de la playa y un niño de 4 años! Cerca hay un restaurante donde hacen paellas y fideuá para llevar por si algún día no te apetece cocinar! La propietaria aunque apenas hable español fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento a través del wasap, muchas gracias Eva por sus atenciones!!! Pd. Nos encantó el detalle de las gominolas en las habitaciones como bienvenida.

Wunderbar

Wir durften 8 Tage in der Villa Eva verbringen. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Als Highlight für uns war der Kaffeevollautomat. Das hatten wir noch nie. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und einfach wunderschön. Es gibt einen Zitronen und einen Pfirsichbaum von denen wir uns bedienen durften. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuss in 10 Min. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und wir empfehlen das Haus definitiv weiter.

No fue lo que esoeraba

La vivienda está ubicada en una zona complicada de ubicar, en una urbanizacion retirada de la playa y con acceso complicado. Los problemas que encontramos no fueron resueltos con la diligencia debida no como consecuencia de la propietaria sino de las personas encargadas de su gestión.

La casa está a solo 250 m de la carretera nacional en una urbanización. Cada invitado recibe fotos para describir la ruta. HomeAway también tiene un mapa muy bueno. Si caminas 100 metros hasta el restaurante, puedes ir directamente al mar en 6-8 minutos. El gerente es muy confiable, disponible todos los días y en la casa en poco tiempo. El Internet gratuito fue interrumpido por una tormenta el fin de semana y volvió a funcionar el lunes. No tenemos palabras para este invitado. La administración nos pidió que no alquiláramos por varias razones.

Questions to owner

There were a couple of notices in the house in what appeared to be German. We emailed the owner and received a response within a few minutes. Great service. The caretaker came by every three days to see how we were doing and to clean the pool and to ensure we had enough propane for the BBQ. The house was very clean, had everything we needed.the location was great, 1min walk to the local eatery for breakfast and lunch, 8 min walk to the each and other places to eat and drink. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir haben den Eigentümer per E-Mail benachrichtigt und innerhalb weniger Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Guter Service. Der Hausmeister kam alle drei Tage vorbei, um zu sehen, wie es uns ging, um den Pool zu säubern und um sicherzustellen, dass wir genug Propan für den Grill hatten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war großartig, 1 Minute zu Fuß zum lokalen Restaurant zum Frühstück und Mittagessen, 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu den einzelnen und anderen Orten zu essen und zu trinken. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Mooie aangename ruime villa, goed onderhouden en degelijk uitgerust

De woning ligt in een bijzonder rustige omgeving en is zeer goed georiënteerd. Als de zon scheen - en die was er veel, zelfs in deze tijd van het jaar (november)- vonden we altijd een goed plekje om van de zon te genieten...Villa Eva is een prachtige villa. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf en hebben genoten van de ruimte, het comfort, het degelijke materiaal en uitrusting... Goed contact met de verantwoordelijken. Correcte afspraken. Deze villa is een echte aanrader, ondanks de minpuntjes die er ook waren ... Minpuntjes: Nogal hoog elektriciteitsverbruik, vooral het zwembad, en als je dat dan, zoals wij, helemaal niet gebruikt (in november)... Uiteraard heb je ook meer verwarming nodig en die is zo goed als volledig elektrisch waardoor het verbruik nogal kan oplopen. De wifi was (soms) ontoereikend. Te weinig warm water, zelfs voor het nemen van 1 bad. Jammer, maar dat is geen ramp. Sterker plafondlicht in de woonkamer zou welkom zijn. Er is te weinig licht als je binnen moet verblijven en een boek wil lezen. Sproeigaten van de vaatwasser waren sterk vervuild; we hebben die zelf gereinigd. Idem voor de borstel van de stofzuiger en de filter van de droogkast. Maar bovenal hebben we een zeer goede herinnering aan een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf in Villa Eva! We komen graag terug!

Wir (1 Erw. 2 Kinder) durften eine Woche im unteren Teil der Villa verbringen, und wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst vom Hausverwalter, der uns den Schlüssel übergab und alles erklärte. Die Villa ist durchdacht, zweckmässig und schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit liebevollen Details. Der gepflegte Garten mit Palmen, Zitronen-, Pfirsich-, Bananen- und anderen Bäumen und Pflanzen, und Swimmingpool ist einfach paradiesisch schön. Die Gegend ist herrlich ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch wegen der beruhigende Sicherheit des Objekts (Rauchmelder in alle Zimmer und abschliessbare Gitter). Obwohl es nur 500 Mtr zum (im Mai) menschenleeren Strand waren, haben die Kinder am liebsten im sehr sauberen Pool gebadet. Dank Heizung in allen Zimmern und grosse Senderauswahl im Fernseher machte die Villa auch an den zwei kalten Regentagen spass. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin vor und während dem Aufenthalt war sehr professionell und ausserordentlich gut. Kurzum sehr empfehlenswert!
