Fantastic Apartment in Cabopino

A great apartment supplied by Cabopino Property. Close to beach and all amenities. Clean & tidy when we arrived and is fully equipped for a fantastic holiday.

Fantastic stay, close to beach and restaurants - not so close to local amenities , shops/supermarkets, would’ve been helpful as we were self catering and eating out each evening. Great pool, private area of garden, beach is a 5 minute walk . Would definitely go again and recommend .

Beautiful luxury apartment

The location was perfect, the apartment was excellent, 2 bedrooms had en suite shower rooms with the twin room next to a bathroom with a bath with shower. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need including a wine fridge and Dulce Gusto coffee machine, we never ran out of cutlery & crockery. We highly recommended a stay there and will book there again

Wonderful Cabopino Stay

Hi, the help we received from Valerie when we first enquired was exceptional, she recommended the apartment that we stayed in and it was beyond our expectation. My 14 year old niece had one of the three bathrooms and was thrilled!! Whenever I contacted Valerie or Mark with one of my questions about payments, transfers or pool towels they were both patient and helpful, thank you both very much. Perhaps a information sheet about the codes, places to visit, restaurants, doctors, hospitals etc. Maybe it's not needed as everything is available through the Internet now. We had a great time and hope to be back again. Thanks as ever, Mortimer.

Another wonderful visit

We have been coming to this apartment for several years and the refurbishment that has been completed this year has transformed it to an exceptional apartment. Mark is so easy to deal with and always on hand to help when it’s needed. I can’t recommend this apartment or Mark at Rose Estates highly enough. My only observation would be that there was insufficient hot water for 5 showers in the evening.

Absolutely wonderful

This was one of the easiest apartments to rent. Cabopino realtor from start to finish never disappointed. They made paying so easy. They gave very detailed and simple directions to getting the keys. Checked in to see how everything was going. Key drop off was just as easy. The apartment is new modern and extremely clean. The rooms are spacious clean and the beds were very very comfortable. Never a shortage of towels. Plenty for everyone. The outdoor area was the best. Outdoor eating area. The couches were just so nice to have on beautiful sunny days. Cushions for the couches were supplied. Lounge chairs also were available. The pool is less than a minute walk from the yard. You can see the beach from the veranda. The lighting in the home was so nice , room darkening shades were a nice touch. There is not one thing that was wrong with this apartment hope to rent it again. Leave directions for working the television.

Perfect

The apartment has everything you need and nothing you don't. It is spacious and clean and very up to date. We didn't use most of the appliances but they are all there. Plenty of outside space with a private patio. The pool near this apartment is very quiet. We had it all to ourselves most of the time. There is another pool next to the beach which is busier. The beach has a number of nice bars and restaurants with friendly staff. Breakfast at Albert's is nice in the port area. There is a mini-market in the port area where you can buy fresh baguettes (5 min walk from apartment). Boardwalks along the beach towards Mijas and through a nature reserve towards Marbella centre are beautiful too. The only suggestion I can make is perhaps provide some dried milk or milk sachets for those who arrive late. We arrived at 10pm on a Sunday and there was nothing open. We had no water or milk for tea or coffee. But this was a minor inconvenience. We actually bought sachets at home but you can't take them into Spain.

Second time we’ve stayed at this apartment

Well equipped, nice to have some beach towels to use. Valerie at the office was really helpful and always answered any emails really quickly. Although it has been updated it still is a little tired looking.
