Girls weekend on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the time we entered the house to the time we locked up for the final time of that weekend, it was one of the most relaxing experiences for all of us ladies. We came from all over Georgia and South Carolina for our yearly girls' trip and the house was a prefect place to gather. Its proximity to the beach and the pool were perfect. It was a short drive into town and a good sized walk to Driftwood Beach and the Mexican restaurant. The views were incredible, we watched the sunrise off the balcony nearly every morning, and saw a thunderstorm just off the water too! It was exactly what we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the rental. It was not cleaned from the last tenant. Bed unmade , towels on shower floor. After speaking with Ted at Parker, he tried to find another unit, but we all decided to get it cleaned while we went out to dinner. It started as a nightmare but after returning it was fine. They resolved the issue.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves but since you asked, Lacked pillow cases, caked on food from dishes that were washed in dishwasher. Stains on furniture and bedding. Non stick pans scratched up, pitted and pealing. Uneven step on front stairs. Refrigerator was hot (we were unsure if it was working) cooled down after several hours. Unable to see ocean from the 1st floor back deck, never heard from owner to check in. Would love to come back in a different unit.

We had a great stay, excellent location, and the house was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of 3 young kids, the beach was literally right out the back door. It was too cold to use when we visited, but the pool is directly next door and locked so no worries about our littles sneaking in. We’d definitely love to visit again.

Location was fantastic. We could see the sunrise from the balconies. My wife and I had stayed in this same condo once before with friends. We love that all 3 bedrooms are master suites with king beds and their own bathroom.

TV in one of second floor bedrooms almost unwatchable--in a cabinet too small for TV and unable to open doors of cabinet completely. Outdoor furniture very dirty!

GWRA Conference Stay

What a beautiful place! Came in for a conference hotels were full this house was cheaper and better views, amenities, and location than anything I could have gotten on the island.
