Exceptional location in the wonderful town of Torre Dell'Orso (a stunning sandy beach and a town full of services, bars and restaurants). The friendly owners have just renovated it, furnished it with great taste and equipped it with all the necessary elements of comfort in order to guarantee you the most pleasant holidays. The main entrance opens onto a large paved courtyard, where you can enter your vehicle(s), equipped with a table, chairs, a lounge area and an outdoor shower cabin (useful when back from the beach). From there, you access the bright and charming living room, perfectly furnished (table, chairs, flat screen TV and a double sofa bed). Then a corridor leads to the other rooms: two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can be joined into one, if need be), the bathroom and its very spacious glass shower, and finally the kitchen (brand new and fully equipped), which overlooks the second terrace, equipped with a sink, a washing machine, a parasol, a table and chairs. Here you will also find 3 bicycles at your disposal. Since the house offers a backyard, with its own access from another street, and as the kitchen is large enough to take your meals also inside, the living room can thus be used as a third bedroom with its own entrance from the other terrace. The layout of the spaces, the excellent furnishing and the presence of two independent entrances are all elements that guarantee great comfort for your holidays, not only for a single family, but also for a group of friends, who wish to explore all the wonders surrounding Otranto.

This pretty house is ideally located in the heart of the pretty seaside resort of Torre Dell'Orso: it is in the immediate vicinity of its main piazza (100m) and only another hundred metres from the magnificent bay of fine sand, delimited to the north and south by a rocky ridge. The latter slows down the strongest winds and ensures a nice swim in the crystal clear waters of the bay. Parents will particularly appreciate the gently sloping seabed. A pretty pine forest runs along the western side of the beach, thus offering significant protection from the sun. The quality of the water is excellent. Unsurprisingly each year, Torre Dell'Orso is awarded the European Blue Flag and the 5 Sails of the Legambiente label, both for the purity of its waters and for the services it offers. The charming town which has developed near the coast, allows pleasant holidays in all respects: leisure, services and relaxation. On and around the nearby main piazza, in addition to various bars, cafes and restaurants, you will find a minimarket, an ATM, a tobacconist, a greengrocer, a butcher, a fishmonger and a pharmacy. 500 meters from the house, a 5-minutes' walk, are the Giardini Del Sole, a leisure and sports complex that offers a myriad of activities for everyone, such as minigolf, tennis, five-a-side football, baby kart, games room… Continuing further west, you will arrive to Piazza della Luna, more suitable for leisurely walks and offering other shops, including a supermarket.
