The house is suitable for year-round living but is particularly idyllic during the summer months. In the height of summer, when the coast is crowded with tourists and residents, the property is a true oasis of peace where you can experience the sea 24 hours a day, taking in its ever-changing sights, sounds, colors, and wonderful scents. The property consists of: 2 double bedrooms; a fully equipped kitchen/living room connected to a furnished outdoor veranda, featuring 1 stovetop, an electric oven, a range hood, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a comfortable French-style sofa bed, a 36" TV, etc.; a bathroom with an electric water heater, shower, hair dryer, and large and small towels as well as bath towels for 4–5 people. Each room has windows.
