This lovely 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is located in the secure complex of Riviera Andaluza. This beachfront complex has a communal pool with beautiful gardens and direct access onto the promenade and beautiful beach. Less than a 10 minute drive will take you to a choice of 3 golf courses and Estepona town. The port is less than 2km away on foot and you will find a good choice of bars and restaurants here.
The apartment is arranged over one level and offers an open plan living space. Enter the apartment into the kitchen area which is fully equipped and offers filtered tap water and a separate utility room. The spacious lounge/dining area offers dining seating for 6 people and 2 comfortable sofas. Access the terrace from the lounge area and you can find a further dining area for 6 people, sunbeds, a gas BBQ and stunning views of the sea and pool area.
