Villa Alice

Villa Alice stands high on the edge of the headland at one end of Kassiopi's beautiful harbour. The villa has a small path which has direct access to a small, quiet cove which almost appears to be underneath the house itself. A stunning pool area overlooks the entrance to the harbour and out to sea and towards the mainland and mountains of Albania in the distance.


This villa combines luxury and comfort and it is the ideal choice for your summer holiday where all you want to do is sit around the pool and enjoy the sun, views and relax.


Layout

Five Bedroom Villa : 10 people max
The house has three levels, all of which are furnished and very stylish. The ground floor hosts the living/dining room area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A double room with en-suite shower room and its own small kitchen can be accessed from the side terrace. Patio doors lead out to the pool and garden area at the front of the villa.
The first and second floors host a combination of double and twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, with access to balconies with unrivaled sea views. There is also a small office and sitting area. All the rooms are comfortably furnished in a modern style.
The fabulous pool area has sunbeds and parasols as well as outside dining furniture.
