The location...
The biggest benefit in staying in Villa Eleni is it's location. Set in the exclusive and underpopulated corner of Anatoliko, Kassiopi, it combines the much wanted serenity of a secluded location with the convenience of having close proximity to Kassiopi's village centre and Kassiopi harbour. A prime spot and a rarity for a villa of Eleni's size and luxury. After enjoying a relaxing meal down in the harbour, you can take a stroll back to the villa. Via a little-known path you can be back enjoying drinks relaxing on the sofas by the pool in less than 5 minutes. A safe and easy journey, not too strenuous for older visitors and suitable for letting younger adults enjoy their first taste of freedom too without the worry of how they shall return. No need to worry though that your privacy and peace would be threatened being so close to all amenities. Thanks to the clever positioning of the villa combined with the acoustic effect from the nearby mountains and the sea, your holiday is as peaceful as a middle-of-nowhere' retreat without the hassle of driving everywhere. A local supermarket offers free delivery to the villa also. No car, designated driver or taxis needed!
A walking tour...
You enter the villa s grounds on the first floor with the off road parking to your left and external stairs down to the large pool area on your right.
Enter the villa on the first floor with the open plan living and dining room with a covered side balcony enjoying pool and sea views. WC leads just off the living area and then the separate kitchen fully equipped with breakfast dining table and double doors open to the view. There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the Main Suite and downstairs to the further 3 bathrooms.
On the top floor set apart from the other bedrooms is the Main Suite complies of the main bedroom with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to , an extra large en-suite bathroom with 3/4 sized shower and a big step down bath with a wall to wall mirrored window with view. The bedroom leads to enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. Veranda is accessible also from the hall outside the bedroom so other guests can come and enjoy the space with the panoramic views over Kassiopi village,harbour ,beach and mountin.
The ground floor level has three bedrooms , one double and one twin with double- sized veranda doors leading directly onto the pool area plus one twin bedroom with en- suite bathroom at the back with no direct access outside( suitable for children) .The other 2 bedrooms have their own bathrooms as well, the one is large enough for a third twin bed also. The pool area is one huge continual space with a covered veranda with sofa and arm chairs , covered outside dining table and big sized BBQ and the XL pool.
The pool...
In designing the villa, huge importance was put on creating the most peaceful outside space as your summer holidays are of course spent mostly enjoying the fresh air. The private pool area is of a very generous size and the pool itself is one of the largest available in the private rental villa market on the island. Relax on the plush, cushioned sunbeds close to your family and friends or enjoy a little solitude - there's room for both. One end of the space displays a huge marble table (canopied for comfort whilst dining) and large family-size BBQ. Another side boasts a covered veranda with sofa and armchairs-perfect to escape from the sun for a while but even more perfect for an evening prosecco or two. We provide pool heating upon request, the cost is extra.

The space...
Set over 3 levels, the villa easily and very comfortably sleeps 8 people. We have an extra single bed for a 9th person, plus wooden cots and high chairs for our little visitors. We own a secondary villa - Villa Christos ref: 10785731 - in the same neighborhood and so bookings for very large parties is also possible. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you'll forget it's there! The living area is too, a comfortable size for everyone to relax. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss. It is an ideal villa for large families or large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting their own space too.

The view...
Another big bonus of stopping in Villa Eleni is the view. From the top two floors you profit from incommunicable spectacular views. Whilst relaxing at the villa, take time to enjoy your backdrop over Kassiopi village, Ionian sea, winding coastline, Byzantium castle and the nearby highest moutain in Corfu- mount Pantokratas.

Our personal favourite feature...
The top floor of the villa boasts an exquisite master bedroom, en-suite and huge veranda. Top grade luxury and set apart from the other bedrooms, you truly feel like king of the castle. If you are lucky enough to sleep in there, leave your curtains open and wake up to the whole of Kassiopi at your feet. (We have black-out blinds for those not so light-friendly though!) The master en-suite is enormous with his and hers sinks, a 3/4 sized shower enclosure and huge step-in bath with a wall to wall mirrored (i.e. one-sided) window. The private veranda boasts a lovely comfy seating area with the best views Kassiopi has to offer. Big enough for all the company to enjoy .
