What makes this apartment unique is its location, which overlooks nothing but woods, meadows, and mountains—all of which can be admired through the large windows. The renovation has made the apartment functional and modern while preserving the charm and warmth of the fir and larch wood. The apartment features underfloor heating, but the fireplace can also be used. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven and dishwasher. The bathroom has a washing machine. There are four sleeping spots: two in the 160x190 double bed in the bedroom and two on the comfortable corner sofa bed in the living room (140x190 when opened). The living room opens directly onto the private garden (unfenced) and the valley meadows. Guests have access to a ski storage cellar with an electric boot warmer and a private outdoor parking space. Additional public parking spaces are available just a few metres away in the hamlet of Valt.
