The flat of 35 mq, is cozy, well furnished and quiet.
Ther's a terrace of 50 mq all around the flat with a double exposition: Etna volcano and the Mediterranean sea!
The flat is composed by a bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom inside, the living room with a double sofa-bed for one adult or one child and a kitchen.
It's located at the third floor- no lift- in an old building of 70's.
La casa di Teseo is located at the beginning of the Catania's most exclusive neighborhood called "La Scogliera" .This is the most beautiful area of Catania! It's the perfect area to plan jogging and long walks !You will find restaurants, supermarket, bar, pizzerie, pharmacy and all that you can need during your stay!If you want to relax and don’t like the chaos of the downtown this is the place that does for you!
