Stunning duplex-style two-bedroom holiday apartment located in one of Malaga’s main shopping streets, in the very heart of the historic district, right next to San Juan church.

With its high ceilings, tasteful decorations, and traditional Andalusian floor-to-ceiling French doors that lead to standing balconies that look over the vibrant street and the XVth-century temple, you could not ask for a better location.

The beautiful holiday rental in Malaga is set up on three different floors. On the first floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances will make your stay comfortable, including a microwave/oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The bright living area features a large dining table, quality furnishings, and crockery.

On the second floor, you will find both bedrooms. The first bedroom features 2 single beds (90x200cm) that can be used as a large double bed. The second bedroom features a double bed (150x190 cms). Both bedrooms have wardrobes, TV's and chairs.

From the master bedroom, you can access the "mirador" through a wooden stairwell with views over the roofs and the Cathedral. An ideal place to read or relax.

There are two separate modern bathrooms in this holiday rental in Malaga.

From the standing balconies, you will enjoy stunning views of San Juan church.

Central air-conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi are available throughout the property.

A parking spot is available for 15€ per day in a building nearby.

Fantastic location
Fantastic location in the heart of the city centre. Huge selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities close at hand, but still quiet at night. Hope to return. Not much. Not enough wine glasses!

We had a great stay!
We had a great stay! The apartment was very well located - just a short walk from shops, restaurants and sight seeing spots. The apartment had plenty of space, and the mirador was superb. Thanks to Carlos too for all his knowledge and recommending the hotel rooftop drinks - the views, and mojitos were a highlight!
