Elegant brand new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex-style holiday home in the heart of Malaga's old city.This luxurious property is located in one of Malaga's most emblematic historic building in Plaza del Teatro, mixing traditional local arquitecture with contemporary design, decorated and furnished with great attention to detail.The first floor is made up of a bright living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling bay windows, a fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, a bedroom with two single beds and a large bathroom with bathtub.A marble staircase leads you to the second floor where you will find the master bedroom with a large double bed and a second large bathroom with shower. From the master bedroom, you can access a sunny terrace with outdoors furniture to enjoy the Andalusian sun. Both bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes. The open plan floors allow natural light throughout the property.There is high-speed internet and A/C throughout the property. A covered parking space is available in the building for 15€ per day
