Apartment OK - insufficient preparation
Into a difficult start . Arriving late in the evening and the bed was not made - there were no sheets !! To get a bit of a sleep I used all available towels as “sheets” . Issued with 2 socalled emergency contacts , but a great number of mails and calls remained unanswered : Unable to establish contact with agency , I noticed a lady cleaning another apartment. She agreed to provide sheets and make the bed . On day 3 I was eventually contacted by agency which arranged safe to be unlocked , so from then on ( third day) apartment available as booked and paid for.
