'Seaford on the Rocks' is a stunning, ground floor, newly renovated, two- double bedroom period home. Ideally located on the beachfront with breathtaking uninterrupted sea views.

Whether you are looking for a family beach break, a weekend hiking over the South Downs, yoga at sunset, or simply want explore the local villages, ‘Seaford on the Rocks’ has everything you could possibly wish for.

This gorgeous two-double bedroom holiday apartment offers a fully-equipped new kitchen, brand new Smart TV (offering Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a new sofa, original artwork on the walls, excellent complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, a dining table that seats six, central heating and a warming log burner fireplace. There is a large bathroom with a bath and shower. You’ll have your own private entrance too.

As well as providing fresh towels, bed linen, and toiletries we also have deck chairs, windbreakers, beach towels and more. We can also provide 2 x folding beds for extra guests on request. And if you’d prefer two single beds instead of a king-size bed in one bedroom we can see to that too.

The apartment has just been fully refurbished (2022) and has stunning original features and tons of character. Boasting original wooden floorboards, high ceilings, and plenty of light, it has been decorated with a designer’s eye with personal touches throughout. The utmost care has been taken to retain the original charm and quirkiness of this period home.

WFH? With us, that means Working From Here! So, for those who want to escape the office, ‘Seaford on the Rocks’ is perfectly set up for remote working with excellent WiFi and a stunning view!

Whether it was sitting watching the sea or walking along the beach, collecting shells, we had a great 2 weeks. The beds were so comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The convenience of having a washing machine cannot be understated. I’d highly recommend this beautiful seafront apartment.

Charming and beautifully designed seaside place

We loved everything about this place.The views from the front room out to the sea were amazing. The location was great -a short stroll into town or a seaside walk up the cliffs. Beautifully decorated with lovely subtle Christmas touches as an extra. Well equipped and very comfortable in all respects. Great communication with the host who went an extra mile. I hope we can return soon.

Great Place

My wife and I travelled from the US to see her family in several locations in England. This was our last stop before we went home and it ended our vacation nicely. The apartment was very well kept and at a beautiful location. I wish it was summer as the beach is right across the street. Everything was very professionally done and the booklets and goodie basket was a nice touch. Clare was great, we had a minor issue and she was available to resolve. We would definitely stay again.

The property was wonderful and communication with the owner was top notch. We had a direct message with the owner the entirety of our stay and she was so responsive. We ran out out of a couple items and she had replacements delivered to our door, which was so kind and went above and beyond. The living space and kitchen were much larger than expected and the kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes and kitchen gadgets. We found it easy to cook for our family of 4 and had a nice large dining area. The kids room was perfect with two separate beds and they even had kids books and games available for use. Gorgeous views and beautifully decorated! Really nice stay, overall!

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr gemütliche und schön eingerichtete FEWO mit großem Wohn- und Badezimmer. Moderne Fenster, die Lärm und Wärme/Kälte draussen lassen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Schön gelegen, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Die Betten sind eher schmal und relativ kurz und die Einzelbetten sind schon etwas durchgelegen. Das Haus ist hellhörig, es war jedoch überwiegend sehr ruhig. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

‘Seaford on the Rocks’ is ideally situated for visitors wanting a beach holiday. Seaford seafront is unspoilt, it has a wide promenade and 4 miles of sweeping bay from Seaford Head to Tide Mills.

You’ll find colourful beach huts and artisan ice cream as well as gorgeous huts selling arts and crafts, drinks and snacks. The beach is clean, well-maintained and family-friendly. As well as options to hire paddle boards, and go on boat trips, if you’re adventurous you can try your hand at parasailing in the nearby Downs.
The charming town centre is within walking distance with a variety of restaurants, pubs, quirky shops and supermarkets. The town centre also has art galleries and a community theatre.
