Perlita is a newly refurbished detached 3 bedroom villa (May - June 2022), totally private villa with a heated pool, pool table, Table tennis and Hot Tub situated in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones, Puerto Del Carmen. It is a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen or The Old Town with its golden beaches, local tapas bars, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique shopping. It is ideally located for someone looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun, within easy walking distance of all amenities.

Lovely modern villa with fantastic outdoor space

Villa was spacious and largely modern throughout, great for 2 couples with 2 babies. The pool was fantastic and great that it was heated, lovely outdoor dining area and pool table. Hot tub was also a lovely addition. We had a great holiday!

Excellent villa, modern furnishings and facilities throughout, full UK & Irish TV.

Home from home. Comfortable villa in a great location (we had a car rental so easy access in and out of PTC). Easily recommend this property to friends and family. Jill made the rental experience so easy - from the initial booking she was communicating and also greeted us on our arrival at the villa. Jill and her team were a pleasure.

Spacious villa with jacuzzi

We had a fabulous holiday. The villa was lovely. Lots of space outside including fantastic hot tub and day bed. The pool was the perfect temperature. it's about a half hour walk to the beach and the main promenade with restaurants etc. We liked the walk as it helped us build up an appetite. There are also lots of taxis around if you prefer not to walk. Long Beach Club was fantastic for cocktails
