The Benalaz rural house is located 20 minutes from Enguera and another 20 minutes from Navalón.
It is a former Muslim farmhouse situated in the heart of nature, with magnificent views of a valley, and easily accessible. It has been restored in the traditional style of the Sierra de Enguera.
The house has two floors and is fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 dining rooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, a barbecue, and a shared patio.
On the property, there is a natural spring where you can enjoy fresh water.
The setting is perfect for unwinding and spending time surrounded by family and friends.
And, of course, enjoy a unique and one-of-a-kind setting, immersed in the surrounding flora and fauna.
It also features a magnificent pool fed directly by the natural spring. Its orientation ensures sunshine all day long.
