Large Family Villa: private pool, near lake & beach - Sleeps 10

A beautiful well maintained villa set over two floors.

The top floor has 3 bedrooms: 1 double - en suite and AC, 1 further double and 1 twin room both with AC. Each bedroom has space for your clothes and there is an additional bathroom with shower. All upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.

In the main living space there is a fully fitted open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and a large dining table and chairs as well as a lounge seating area with 2 large sofas and a large TV with satellite access as well as a Wifi router and AC. The main room leads on to a large balcony with a covered outdoor dining area and gas BBQ which overlooks the pool area as well as an open area for sunbathing.

Downstairs is a large garage and a separate bedroom and living area with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom and large walk in wardrobe. There is also a bunk bed in the communal area as well as a seating area and a large TV and a fitted kitchen to service the downstairs and the pool area. This area has separate access to the upstairs and can be used for a separate family or for a nanny.

The pool area has 2 covered seating areas for eating or drinking as well as sun loungers and a covered swing bench for cocktail hour!

The garden has space to explore and escape and features orange and lemon trees as well as another covered area.

At the front of the house is another covered area that gets the evening sunset light and can be used as a cool place to be in the day or evening to eat or relax. There is a dining table and also a sofa area as well as a hammock.

At the bottom of the hill - a 5 minute walk - is a beautiful lake and sandy beach where you can relax all day. There is a cafe and playground and is a wonderful place to hang out if you want to escape from the house for a while.

The local area has a few shops and restaurants and local amenities include supermarkets and shopping areas. You can visit local waterfalls or boating lakes and go canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, cycling or walking. The views are fabulous and the pace of life is very chilled.
