This penthouse apartment is situated in a small gated condominium opposite Hotel Boa Vista.

All rooms offer stunning panoramic views out to sea across to Vilamoura and Faro.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and air conditioning throughout. A well equipped open plan kitchen is behind the comfortable living and dining area.

There is a lift for access to the 3rd floor apartment which has a long terrace across the living area and bedrooms.

Top floor high spec apartment with all rooms exiting onto a front facing balcony with a 180 panoramic degree sea views. Apartment will sleep 5 comfortably and is fully air-conditioned. It has a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, extractor, etc.
Pool area. Close to all amenities; beach, restaurants, supermarket, marina etc. All within walking distance.

Quiet part of Albufeira but just minutes away from all the facilities of the Old Town and the beach.
1 x parking space available in the garage.

Great apartment in a great location

Nice and spacious apartment, well maintained. Nice views from the balcony, the swimming pool was very convenient as well. The fact that there is a private parking place is a big plus as well.

Very spacious, clean apartment. Beds were comfortable, location was great, 10 minutes walk into the Old Town. Beautiful large terrace with amazing views. Only downside was the pool did not get any sun until after 1pm.

Would recommend!

I stayed here for five nights. It is a nice property and would stay again. You have a wonderful view and most of the amenities that you need. It's out of the way and quiet but you can get to the old town area quite fast. The property manager is quick to respond. The apartment was missing the iron and board and they sorted that out for me by the next morning. The wifi and aircon worked great and there is a Chromecast on the TV so you can stream from your devices. There is a generator/motor on the roof of the hotel across the street which you can hear if you're outside but you do tend to not notice if after the first day. Also, the apartment didn't come with any materials for cleaning up like dish soap/sponge etc. and it was a bit disappointing to have to purchase those items. This the first apartment I've rented that didn't have this included so you may have to pick that up at the local supermarket.
