Fantastic place in a great location. The location was perfect. Just on the edge of Le Marais neighborhood with great restaurants, bakeries and shopping. Short walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame, reasonable walk to dozens of other sights and attractions as well. The building is great, very quiet. Apartment on fourth floor, which was nice to be away from the noise. There's a small elevator which was laughable (tiny, but perfectly serviceable). We took the stairs, which was never a problem. Note that the elevator is about five steps up from the "street level" entrance, in case that's a deciding factor for you.The apartment itself was extremely spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms were generously sized. Bathrooms were amazing - new, modern, super clean and everything worked perfectly. Beds themselves are comfortable - medium firm - but I would think that unless you like a super soft mattress that this would work out just fine for you. Only thing that is somewhat lacking is the kitchen, it's small and you can't really cook a full meal there. But there's absolutely no reason for you to cook in Paris, especially given how many unbelievable restaurants - of every cuisine and at every price point - there are within a 5 - 10 minute walk. The property is managed by a company which made everything very professional and efficient. They are very responsive to any questions, but there really wasn't anything we needed once we got access to the apartment. 110% recommend.
