Capel Y Ffynnon is situated in Bryn Pydew, a small settlement to the east of Llandudno, world famous for its free roaming mountain goats. Just a short drive will take you to the beach and Victorian promenade, where you will find high street shops, restaurants, and cafés to explore. North Wales is recognised as the adventure capital of Europe, if you are looking for action, head over to the Snowdonia National Park to zipline over a disused quarry, swim in one of the many picturesque lakes or climb to the top of Wales’ highest mountain, Snowdon. There is Gwrych Castle, which was home to "I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" stars for two consecutive years. There is also the fantastic Welsh Mountain Zoo. Conwy valley Museum is a lovely day out for all ages, as is Manorafon farm park. Betws-y-coed is a delightful place to visit, and walk around, with local shops and places to eat, and a beautiful waterfall nearby, where it’s great to gather and play in the shallow water. Beautiful property

This property is so lovely. Its a bit of a narrow lane to get to it so that's the only reason I gave the location 4 stars. Everything was spotlessly clean and felt like it was recently refurbished, so comfortable, spacious and relaxing with lovely friendly neighbours. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area. I would stay there again. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in the house and jonathon and Gary have done a fab renovation and were most accommodating to us. Minor adjustments could include a few more kitchen touches, such as kitchen roll, salt and pepper etc and the bathrooms would benefit from toilet brushes and shower dispensers. Bathrobes in the wardrobes would be lovely also. The lights were very bright in the kitchen and living area, so if they could be dimmed, that would be better. A Christmas tree at this time of year would also have been a nice touch. We realise that the house is in the early stages of letting, so hope the comments are taken as constructive. Will definitely be back and thankyou for our lovely holiday!
