Nice place overall

It's a servicable property in a great location. Owner was very accomodating. I was there in November. The only issue for me was that it was always cold in the downstairs area, even when paying to run the heat. Be aware, you have to put in 1euro coins to get the heat/AC to run.

Nice apartement in the center of Valencia

Except of the ants that invaded the bathroom and kitchen on the second day, I can really recommend the apartment. Centraly located in the city, nice restaurants in the area. Calm at night. We skept with open windows, misquitos ... no problem, there were none.

Kleine Wohnung

War eine schön gelegene kleine Wohnung in Valencia. Super Küchenausstattung! Oberer Teil der Wohnung nur über eine kleine, steile und wackelige ausklappbare Leiter erreichbar. Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert.
