Cosy first floor apartment in a great location in Conil, located in a quiet area where you can easily find parking in the surrounding streets.

It is equipped with air conditiong and WiFi for your extra comfort.

There is one bedroom with a double bed, lounge diner with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all that you may need.

There is also a small terrace.



The apartment is just over a five minute walk to the town centre, and under ten minutes to the beaches of La Fontanilla and Los Bateles. You will find plenty of shops and bars nearby.

The apartment is located just seven minutes walk from the city center and eight or nine minutes from the beach Fontanilla and 10 minutes from the beach of the Bateles approximately walking. It is well located near stores and bars.

The apartments in Conil de la Frontera are in great demand both in the summer season and at any time of the year. Being so the period between May and October when it reaches a maximum occupancy. So much for the good atmosphere of the zone as for the pleasant climate that enjoys the Coast of Conil all the year round.
