The apartment is located in the Mirador de la Fontanilla urbanization. Located in La Atalaya, in one of the best areas of Conil de la Frontera, just 500 meters from the beach of La Fontanilla, where spacious villas with great architectural taste predominate. In addition, the historic center is located less than 5 minutes walk.

In 300 meters around it has commercial areas (bars, restaurants, hamburgers, shops, ...) as well as large supermarkets (Mercadona, Día, SuperConil, ...).

The urbanization has a communal pool, as well as very pleasant landscaped common areas for family walks. - Children bedroom: It has 2 beds of 90 cm. Wide. It also has an additional wardrobe of more than 1.5 meters wide (approx.). If requested by the client, an additional cot can be included. Bed linen is included in the rent.
