Beautiful property with space for large group.

Overall a good property for our large group near Edinburgh. The grounds are lovely and there is plenty of space. The gate was a little tricky and some of the bathroom fixtures did not work well but plenty of bathrooms to be able to just use another.

Family Vacation

We just had a wonderful week-long vacation in Scotland and stayed here for the duration of the trip. The property was accurately listed and there was plenty of space for our group of seven. It was a short drive into Edinburgh city center as well. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups or families who want a lot of space. Great communication with the property manager as well throughout our stay. Truly felt like our home away from home and would love a return visit in the future.

Family Reunion

We rented Orchard House for a family reunion. It is an amazing property and just perfect for our stay. The children loved the garden and could play in safety within it's walls. The house has lots of character and nothing like we have ever stayed in. Super for a large group/special occasion. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Orchard House is a unique property, in that it is very homely, although large in size, and can sleep 12, it is 10mins by car to Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre, and 5 mins to the Train Station to get a train into City Centre which takes 10mins.

What makes this property unique

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The house is 10mins walk to the Train Station to City Centre, all shops max 10mins walk in Musselburgh. House would suit large family, or those who like luxury when on Holiday, or maybe for relocation? The house wants for nothing, and parking for 4/5 cars, large Garden to relax in or if have chldren they can play within the secured garden, as property benefits from security gates and cameras.
