Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a comfortable living area with a cozy sofa, a dining table, a charming sideboard, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a kettle. On the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms: the first equipped with a practical bridge wardrobe and a clothes rack, and the second with an antique chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and a clothes rack.
The highlight of this apartment is the spacious terrace on the second floor, furnished with a dining table, where you can enjoy delicious meals outdoors or relax with an aperitif, taking in a panoramic view of the city of Noto. Completing the apartment are two modern bathrooms with showers.
