About this property

Situated on the first floor of a two-storey house, right on the seafront. Stunning views of the coast and lovely 14 m² terrace. Located next to the coastal path, in an excellent quiet area, 20 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the beach, close to the port and the shops.

The apartment has two double bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Nice modern kitchen, fully equipped, leading to the outside terrace. Bright, well-maintained lounge-dining room equipped with sofa, chairs, TV, coffee table, lamp. Dining area: wooden table and chairs, with French windows leading directly to the outside terrace.

The outside area has two zones: the terrace and the patio. The terrace is sunny and has magnificent views of the sea and the coastal path which goes right past the house. It has a barbecue and outdoor furniture, wooden table, chairs and sun loungers. The patio is in the garden of the house, on the lower floor, and also has outdoor furniture.
