About this property

A comfortable 2 bedroom villa with private pool, situated just a few minutes walk from the beach and the Ayia Napa Marina. In addition a few minutes walk from supermarket and a restaurant/bar and just a small ride with bus or car to Ayia Napa square, Nissi Beach etc. A fully equipped air conditioned villa with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. 2 bedrooms, a family bathroom on the first floor and a guest WC on the ground floor.

BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms with mattress & pillow protectors and pillows for each bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood and hob.

BATHROOM: Family bathroom upstairs with bathtub. Guest toilet on the ground floor. Hot water.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TVs: 32 inches TV with free Netflix, Youtube and other streaming channels.

WIFI: Fast Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The Wi-Fi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the villa use - no other villas in the complex share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Private pool, walk to the beach, sofa bed in living room, next to our Seabreeze Villa No.2 - ideal for large families or group of friends.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 25 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.
