Meet and Greet and Welcome Pack: Upon your arrival at the villa we will arrange (at no extra charge) for you to be met by our British representative who will be able to familiarise you with the villa, its facilities and those of the local area. We will also provide a free welcome pack consisting of such essentials as tea, milk, coffee bread, bottle of water and wine.

Bed Linen and towling changes: For bookings of 2 weeks or more this service will take place after the first 7 days and every 7 days thereafter at no extra charge. For bookings of less than 2 weeks this service can be arranged at cost (Euros 20)
A 25% non-refundable reservation payment along with a £250.00 potentially refundable damage/loss deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance of your payment is then due 60 days prior to your arrival.
