This is a sea view beach villa ideal for families, situated in a lovely residential complex with a private road, ready to welcome guests from any nationality. Exactly in front of the complex there is a beautiful beach mainly used by the residents of the complex (Sirena Bay). The right infront of the house beach makes it easy to swim as many times as you like throughout the day (You will find the outdoor shower very helpful).
The sea view villa is at a prime location. Its a breath away from the beach, while a small - quiet public playground for kids is right behind the complex.
Its 1km away from Ayia Thekla beach, 2km from Makronisos Beach, from Ayia Napa marina and Ayia Napa Water Park. Also, a mini market is 10 minutes walking distance (walking by the sea). Finally it is 10 minutes drive from Ayia Napa center and 30 minutes drive from Larnaca international airport. Bus routes, Rent a car special offers etc are included in the welcome note that will be sent to guests before they arrive.
