Crowlin sleeps up to four people. The lodge has electric heating in every room controlled by you, so whatever the weather, or your personal temperature preference, you are in control. Heating and electricity are included in the price of the lodge.
Crowlin is our ‘most returned to’ Lodge. It has a warm cosy feel with a beautiful larch tree outside the window and lots of birds in the trees. Our local fox has been spotted a few times outside the lodge looking up longingly at the fat balls hanging in the tree for the birds!

Approaching from Inverness and the north on the A890. One hundred yards beyond a sign to the right saying ‘Strome Ferry (no ferry)’ you should turn right into the village of Achmore, also signposted to Plockton. Stay on this single track road for approximately 4 miles (ignore the right turn to Plockton after about 3 miles). You will go past a small loch on your left and about half a mile later you will come to a cattle grid just around a bend. We are on the left just before the cattle grid.

Lovely clean cabin in a great little spot with easy walking to the village and Plockton. The welcome pack was full of good information; particularly liked the local walking information. Also thought it was great value for money.
Eine der besten Unterkünfte auf unserer Rundreise durch Schottland - super Ausstattung und sauber, sympathische Gastgeber und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel Skye zu erkunden - wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen!
